Little Bur Oak

Now I have it so close to the other tree, because it isn't looking well. It is a buckthorn and basically it is a weedy plant. But the previous owners of the place let it grow into a shrub. Since it looks kind of sicky, I thought an Oak would be a lovely thing to take it's place.
