Query?

I am trying to follow the instructions to transfer my LJ account to Insane Journal, but I am getting a log in failure notice whenever I try to log into the LJ sec program...http://brown-betty.livejournal.com/284083.html

Any advice?

EDIT:  It appears to be a connection issue with the net...streaming videos aren't working for me, either.
